Dr. Andreasen
graduated with honors
from
Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport, Iowa in 1997.
Upon graduation,
Dr. Andreasen worked at
Emergency Chiropractic in the Phoenix area, where he was the director of the
Mesa Office. He has spent more than a decade caring for thousands of patients who
have been injured in automobile or work related injuries. In the summer of 2007, he
opened
the Andreasen Chiropractic & Wellness Center to practice family and wellness care
as well as injury
treatment. |

Dr. Andreasen is fluent in Spanish,
and enjoys his work
with Spanish
speaking patients.

Upon entering our
office our
receptionist will
greet you and
welcome you as a
member of our
family. We will
request the
New
Patient Health
History Form you
filled out online if
you didn't get it
faxed to us, or you
can fill one out in
the office. The paperwork
provides us with
general information
about you and your
condition. |
